- Forecasted business revenue and profit by researching historical data and trends, analyzing market landscape and conducting client interviews and presented findings directly to client’s senior management

Strategy and Innovation Manager (2004 – 2007)
Managed a team responsible for the corporate development and new product development of a global industrial conglomerate with divisions in telecom, medical devices, energy, and industrial solutions
- Led the company’s innovation initiative, which managed roughly 400 viable business ideas from idea generation to go-to-market strategy – estimated short-term impact of $3M in additional income
- Led a 16-member team that developed the company’s 10-year strategy with detailed goals and deadlines, including presentation to senior management for final approval by the board
- Appointed to the Nokia Siemens Networks internal M&A team responsible for planning and implementation of the post-merger strategy and integration – transaction closed in June 2006
- Designed the company’s rebranding plan to focus on Innovation in conjunction with Marketing – resulted in 30+ TV references, 50+ newspaper articles, and the creation of the “Siemens Innovation Prize”
